Oh my goodness Lawrence. No, I’m not sure how long it takes. Mike’s support is usually pretty good.
I would think that since you are on Mike’s list, if they were having problems they would communicate that way.

I feel sorry you can’t enjoy the new software. Hang in there.

Thanks for that Kevin! I purchased last night and went to the confirmation page and I got an error 404 message! I wasn’t concerned, just a little disheartened because I waited up till 2am Australian time for the early bird launch. I placed a ticket last night, but I haven’t heard back as of yet. Do you know how long it takes for them to get back to you? I really want to test the power of this new software!

Lawrence, I have not heard of any problems with the DL. Go to the TrafficFusion site and you can open a support ticket from the link at the bottom. If I hear of any problems, I will post to the blog. Thanks, Kevin
