Multi-media Course on Blogging

Filed Under (blogging, training) by Kevin on 25-03-2008

Blogosphere?

According to Wikipedia, “Blogosphere is a collective term encompassing all blogs and their interconnections. It is the perception that blogs exist together as a connected community (or as a collection of connected communities) or as a social network.”

Sounds kind of like a single collective mind. Kind of Borg’ish.

Wikipedia goes further to define a blog. “A blog (an abridgment of the term web log) is a website where entries are commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. “Blog” can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.”

Wow. Think about it. “blog”, is it a noun or a verb? Yes!

OK, enough with the history and meaning of ‘blogging’.

As this collective mind of bloggers in this Blogosphere, it is our duty to help those morons. Those less fortunate than us. Those ‘blogging newbies’. Those less versed in the art of blogging. Those ….

Well, here is the answer. (wait, I don’t remember a question)

Anyway, there is this course. It is free to those who talk about it in the blogosphere. This guy. This self-proclaimed ‘blogging moron’, wants to know what we blogoshpereians think about the course.

I’m evaluating a multi-media course on blogging from the folks at Simpleology. For a while, they’re letting you snag it for free if you post about it on your blog.

It covers:

  • The best blogging techniques.
  • How to get traffic to your blog.
  • How to turn your blog into money.

I’ll let you know what I think once I’ve had a chance to check it out. Meanwhile, go grab yours while it’s still free.

Gobala Krishnan, blogging expert, reveals how to create beautiful niche websites, add high quality content and magically attract thousands of free visitors from Search Engines with very little effort - all with a free software called Wordpress.

This system is great for beginners because you can actually start from scratch.

  • You don’t need to know how to program or design websites.
  • You don’t need write anything yourself. This system shows you how to find the content for your blog.
  • You don’t need to spend money on advertising. You are shown how to get a lot of traffic.

This is a great product that actually shows you how to create a Wordpress niche website with no technical knowledge.

The system consists of 7 modules with some bonus products.

Module 1: Massive 156-Page Guide To Making Money with Adsense

Module 2: Plug-in-Profit "Super Adsense" Wordpress Themes

Module 3: EWP Keyword Generator and Adsense Niche Database

  • With these tools you have a great head start in launching a blog site. I like the idea of having good keywords for your specific niche. The hard work is done for you.

Module 4: Step-by-Step Instructional ScreenCam Videos

  • Everything from registering a domain name to uploading and installing Wordpress themes.

Gobala wrote an article on the comparison between Blogger blogs and Wordpress blogs. You can read more about it here.

I am currently using one of his themes as well. It is called ‘Super Adsense Business Theme 2.1′.
